The owner writes...
"It is unique, charming and very unusual,
and I am only moving because I wish to have some acres for the Rare
Breed sheep I keep. It is situated in a quiet road which ends at
the Church, in the pretty village of Flitcham (last year we won
the EDP Community Awards prize for the under 500 population category)
which is in a conservation area.
There is a very pretty garden front and back, and it is a large
plot. In the front there is brick terracing along the front of the
house and 2 of the 4 doors are blocked on the inside. There is a
paved area with a pergola and there are mature trees which hide
us from the road. The whole garden is bordered by a flint and brick
wall, with a wicket gate. There is off-road parking for 2 cars in
the front and several at the back, though the road is wide so parking
outside the house is no problem most of the time. At the back there
is a large wooden open fronted garage with adjoining shed. On one
end of the house there is a large and useful dog kennel that I inherited
from the previous owner. The back garden is approached via a laneway
that I share with three terraced cottages belonging to Sandringham
they back onto this lane. My back garden is fully enclosed
with a high wooden fence and a double wooden gate."
